Meet Mrs. Fadden
I am very excited to be your teacher this year! I am beginning my 36th year of teaching for New Prague Area Schools. I taught kindergarten for 11 years and have spend the last 24 years in first grade. I love teaching first grade because of all the growth. Also, first graders love to learn and are always curious!
I am a graduate of New Prague High School and The College of St. Catherine. I have a master's degree from St. Mary's University in teaching and learning. I have two sons: Thomas a CPA and Michael an attorney. Thomas and his wife Hayley have three children: Jack (6), Beau will be 3 in October and Margot (1.5 years). They are also expecting a baby in April. Thomas and his family live in Plymouth. Michael and his wife Kait live in Carver and have one son, Harvey (1.5 years) They are expecting a daughter in February!
When I'm not doing things related to school, I enjoy being outside and spending time with my grandchildren. I enjoy gardening, biking, and walking. My husband and I have a mini-goldendoodle named Bella and I take her for regular walks!
