Students having their own transportation should not arrive at school prior to 8:55 a.m.
All busses will leave the school at approximately 3:50 p.m.

| Building Entry: |
The main entrance is located on the east side of the building by the flagpole. This is the entry for parents and visitors. There is a doorbell on the wall to your right to request access. All doors will be locked during the day.

| Visitors: |
We welcome visitors to Raven Stream. Upon entering the building, you must check in at the office. You will need to scan an ID to be entered into our system. While in the building you will wear a name tag to indicate you are a visitor.

| Dismissal Procedure: |
K-5 at 3:45 p.m.
Students being picked up should meet their parents/guardians outside along the front sidewalk. Please pick up your child at 3:45 p.m. Children left in school beyond 3:55 p.m. will be sent to Kids' Company and billed accordingly. Parents should park in the lot on the east side of the building, please note: no parking is allowed along the curb.
Parents/guardians are asked to call or send a note with their child prior to appointments and vacations, etc. Please include the name of the person picking up your child if it is someone other than the parent/guardian. Whoever picks up the child can either call into the office at 758-1500 and your child will be sent out to you or you can come to the front door and ring the bell to speak with the office staff. Students picked up prior to 3:15 p.m. will result in one-half day absence.
We suggest that appointments be scheduled after school or on non-school days whenever possible.

| Where to Park: |
Park in the parking lot on the east side of the building. Enter by the 'Raven Stream Elementary' sign. Enter the building using the main entrance by the flagpole.
