Welcome to 4th Grade!
I am pleased to welcome you this school year! I am looking forward to having your child as a student. Fourth grade is such a fun year with so many wonderful learning activities to celebrate. One of my most important goals is to create a family of learners in my classroom. I am committed to creating a classroom environment where your child is a valued, trusted, and integral part of our family of learners. In order to accomplish this, I have planned a variety of activities to emphasize and reinforce this goal. It is my hope that you will support and encourage this vision at home.
Aside from teaching, my family and friends are the most important to me. My dogs, Louie & Ellie, also hold a special place in my heart! In my free time, you can find me spending quality time with them, going to the lake, playing volleyball, exercising, shopping at Target, reading, and exploring new places!
I graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2019 with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Child Development. I taught third grade in Elkhart, Indiana my first year & 4th grade here at Raven Stream ever since!
