About Ms. Way

Welcome to Second Grade- I am so glad you are here!

My name is Ms. Rachel Way, and I am beyond excited to begin my first year of teaching! I completed my student teaching right here at Raven Stream Elementary in second grade during the 2025–2026 school year. I graduated with my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Southwest Minnesota State University in 2025, and I am currently pursuing my Master’s Degree in Education with a STEAM emphasis.

Outside of school, my boyfriend, Zak and I live in Montgomery with our 3 cats, Poppy, Polly, and Peter. When I am not snuggling with my cats, you can find me reading, crafting, playing games, and our newest hobby, going for side-by-side rides!

A Few of My Favorite Things:
