About Mrs. Volkers

I am a New Prague native, graduated from NPHS in 2011. I attended The University of South Dakota where I got my bachelor of science in education along with a reading minor. I then went on to The University of Concordia- St. Paul where I completed my masters of education in differentiated instruction. This will be my ninth year teaching at Raven Stream Elementary. I am married to my husband Cole, we have a son, Brooks (2), and a daughter Kendall (born in Jan 2024).  We have a dog named Milo who I talk ALOT about (my class with see an overload of pictures). When I am not teaching you can find me going on walks with my family, reading a book, or out on the lake! I am SO excited to have you in my class this year!
